Grit & Growth was built to bridge the gap between origin and the U.S. market. Every roaster wants to say they source ethically — but the words have gone soft. What holds up is knowing the people.
We work directly with producing families we talk to every week, import their coffee ourselves, and sell it to U.S. roasters with the photos, the cupping data, and the story attached. And because we’re a consultancy, the same relationships work in both directions: producers get a stateside team, and roasters get a partner who knows the other half of the supply chain.
We’re a family business — two co-founders and a small team that would rather be at a cupping table than behind a slide deck.
